Men On The Scene was created by Dr. Carl Briley in the fall of 2006 to involve more men in Longview High School.  The plan calls for fifty [50] or more men to make a visible and verbal expression of support and encouragement to our young people.  The men are invited to visit the campus on the third Friday of each month during the lunch periods.
